After a recent change of Chief Executive, a major change programme was instigated throughout a market leading energy supplier. Mission Excellence was engaged to support one of the key departmental change programmes.
At the client’s request, a preliminary analysis was conducted and an integrated solution was proposed; the programme would deliver a Seminar to inspire and engage the whole workforce, followed by a series of Leadership and Team Development Masterclasses to address specific behavioural challenges.
The Seminar and Masterclasses were successfully delivered. The department is now forging ahead with organisational change on the basis of an empowered extended management team, and a new and fresh approach to team ownership of tasks.
