Welcome to Mission Excellence

Following a Keynote presentation at an annual leadership event, for a new MD of a major division within a FTSE-100 UK bank, Mission Excellence was engaged to deliver similar keynote presentations to a number of other main business units, including offshore.

Subsequently the MD undertook a fundamental reorganisation of the Division’s Talent Management Programme and invited Mission Excellence to launch the new programme through a high-impact team-development Seminar.

Mission Excellence carefully aligned the content of the Seminar, which was delivered to over 350 delegates, with the corporate development objectives of the MD and has now been invited to develop a bespoke leadership programme for the whole of the leadership population and talent development group, in support of a major new commercial programme.
