Coutts & Co, the private banking arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, provides private banking and wealth management services for clients worldwide. In 2007 we were commissioned to deliver a series of team development interventions for the Investment Operations area and to contribute to a transition programme that was being run across the Private Banking teams.
