We
have recently systemised the wide variety of consultancy
and development services which we have been delivering
to clients, into a single structured suite based around
our Performance Model. Details can
be seen here.
The thinking behind the Performance Model is to cut
through the noise and provide a simple clear explanation
of the core building blocks of outstanding execution,
based on hard-won experience of Mission Excellence
consultants. Application of the building blocks is
of course, specific to client and to the solution
being proposed. During the autumn of 2008, we will
be progressively updating our website and collateral
to reflect this approach. In the meantime, we are
already taking bookings well into 2009 for the programmes
and services described.
