Overview

In our experience, executive coaching is a critical success factor in achieving sustainable performance improvement at the team and individual level.  With a team including a psychologist, a former Leader of the Red Arrows and a McKinsey consultant, we combine the latest academic thinking with personal experience of the most demanding high performance team environments and extensive commercial insight.

Specific aims are designed in partnership with the coachee, with clearly defined and agreed desired outcomes.  The focus is two-fold:

  • Performance improvement – improving delivery capability now
  • Personal development – building competencies for the future
