Several of Mission Excellence’s corporate client representatives visited the Red Arrows at their home base, RAF Scampton, having taken up a rare opportunity to see the inner workings of this team that represents the best of British.

There was an informal dinner hosted by Mission Excellence the night before, which included a brief of the programme for the visit the next day. On base, the group was hosted at the Red Arrows squadron building by Jas Hawker, the current Red Arrows team leader.

In the morning the guests were treated to a presentation on the history of the Red Arrows, then watched the Red Arrows brief, and then fly a display. After lunch, the guests sat in on the debrief of the display, and were then shown around a Red Arrows Hawk jet by the engineers.
