Mission Excellence are delighted to announce the expansion of the team.

New to the Keynote team is Chris Carder (former Red Arrow, and Jaguar and Hawk instructor) who joins Spike Jepson (former Red Arrows leader and Harrier pilot) who is also joining the Seminar presentation team.

In the Seminar team, Clive Soffe (former instructor on the Harrier and Hawk) joins David Withington (aka Dick the Cat, Eurofighter Typhoon pilot). Justin Hughes, former Red Arrow and Mission Excellence Managing Director, continues to be a main presenter of Seminars, Keynotes, and Debriefing Masterclasses, supported by the wider team of former military aviator facilitators.

Delivering the Mission Analysis Masterclass are Hugh Griffiths and John Warner. Hugh is a former RAF Wing Commander, Tornado F-3 weapon system operator, and military analyst, while John is a helicopter pilot and former Group Captain and Commander of the joint services special forces Wing. The Mission Analysis Masterclass is over 2 days and comprises in-depth competitor analysis and problem solving with leadership training, perfect for senior and middle management with authority and autonomy to focus, lead, and manage resource.
