A powerful one-day learning module from Mission Excellence aimed at senior executives

The search for sustainable competitive advantage is the priority of every senior executive in business. However for every successful business strategy there are many that fail.

Delivering Strategic Success, the latest offering from corporate development company, Mission Excellence, will transform the way managers think about competition. This one-day learning module will teach delegates techniques for identifying the critical success factors in complex competitive environments in order to achieve sustainable advantage for their company.

The theories behind Delivering Strategic Success have been developed from the analytical techniques and process tools used by modern military campaign planners, often in the face of a numerically superior opposition, limited resource, severe time pressure and a hostile operating environment.

Combining multi-media presentations, case study analysis and interactive exercises, the module shows how to turn vision into results. Delegates leave with a planning template which guides them through both the analysis of the critical success factors and the development of a winning plan.
