Mission Excellence expands into the Middle East

Organisational performance consultancy, Mission Excellence is delighted to announce a permanent presence in Dubai to serve its international clients’ Middle East interests.

Founded by Justin Hughes, a former RAF fighter pilot and Deputy Team Leader of the Red Arrows, Mission Excellence brings a unique perspective to corporate development issues such as teamwork, leadership and strategic planning, based on consultants’ hard-won personal experience.

The company has been delivering international projects from its UK base for over 4 years and can count many global organisations as clients. Most recently Mission Excellence has been appointed to run a team development programme with the Middle East partners of one of the world’s largest professional services companies.

Justin Hughes comments:

“The Middle East includes some of the fastest growing economies in the world and is also a gateway to Asia . We have been working with international clients for sometime now and it is only right that we expand our capabilities with a permanent presence in this region.”

The Dubai operation will be managed by Lorraine Grigg. In addition, Mission Excellence will be partnering with the Jumeirah Group to provide event and training facilities in the region.

Managing Director, Justin Hughes is to address the Leaders in Dubai Forum, 18-20 November 2007 on High Performance Teams, and will be present throughout the event for comment and interview on Stand B49.
