Overview
Senior teams containing an organisation’s most successful and talented individuals can often be dysfunctional by design.
Senior managers are generally on the top team as the head of their function (and own team); that is the task they get measured, incentivised and promoted on. It should be no surprise then that collectively, those managers can be less effective as a team themselves, sometime with conflicting priorities between their top team responsibilities and their functional role.
Our Senior Team Effectiveness Programme is an intensive applied workshop. Its aim is to transform the collective performance of leadership teams.
Delivery includes:
- Short pre-workshop electronic questionnaire
- 2-day applied workshop
- Optional psychometric profiling (recommended)
- Follow on half-day review 3 months later
